The TL900 Led Headlamp fit on head nice and snug right out of the box with no adjustments and very comfortable. The light is pretty bright with the charge it came with on one of the batteries from the recharge kit. TL900 led lamp comes with a conversion batteries holder that lets you install 3 triple AAA batteries so the recharge kit is optional IMHO, but nice to have an extra battery in your pocket for a spare.
The headlamp is a lot more than expected. I knew it would be bright, but it goes wayyy beyond being bright. I took it out at night and it illuminates the woods 200 yards from the house. Close up, another person can’t look at it without using dark sunglasses. This light is simply amazing for it’s size and I am sure glad that I made the commitment to purchase one.
